SONJA MILOJEVIĆ (Užice, 1977) is a Principal Drama Artist of the Šabac City Theatre and a member of the Serbian Association of Drama Artists. She graduated in 2002, from the Faculty of Arts in Pristina, her graduation performance being in “Summit Conference” in the Šabac City Theatre. Apart from the Šabac City Theatre, she played in theatres in Belgrade and Sremska Mitrovica. Her important roles include: Clara Petacci (“Summit Conference”); Jelena Katić (“The Meeting Point”); Caliban (“The Tempest”); Checca (“Brawling in Chioggia”); Laura (“The Glass Menagerie”); Eva-Maria (“The Alcoholics”); Miki (“Humbugs Having Tea”); Anna Balicke (“Drums in the Night”); Danica (“The Bereaved Family”); Adolf Hitler (“The Mark of Cain”); Princess Thaisa (“Pericles”); Petkana (“Edgetown (Rubište)”) and others… She has played in the production “The Bizarre” (co-produced by the National Theatre in Belgrade and the Šabac City Theatre) since 2013. She received two acting awards at the “Joakim Vujić” Festival, the “Boris Kovač” Award for her artistic contribution to the Šabac City Theatre and a number of other awards and accolades.
